Very good quality. Great case for the zune. The case offers great protection. Only thing the case is missing is a clip for connecting to your belt or cloths.
Terrible communication. The seller NEVER replies my e-mail. Slow shipping. I made an order, then within 15 minutes after I made an order I contact the seller through e-mail to change the shipping address. Instead of sending it to my new address, the seller never gets back to me. Bad seller. End of story.
